Glenmarie Hotel & Golf Resort's ‘Selera Kampung’ Ramadan buffet will offer a diverse spread of traditional delights from March 23 to April 20.
The sumptuous buffet at the Garden Terrace Restaurant, which is adjacent to the resort's award-winning golf course, will present diners a lush backdrop as they enjoy the home-style buffet during the Holy Month of Ramadan from 7pm to 10pm.
The menu will be varied on rotation, offering over 188 dishes including live-cooking stations. Highlights include Arabic BBQ Whole Lamb with Kabsa Rice, seven types of Gulai Salai, Asam Pedas Telur Ikan Mayong, Daging Rendang Tok, Ikan Keli Berlada Hijau, Sup Tulang Kambing Merah a’la Singapore, Panipuri, Rendang Itik, Siput Sedut Masak Lemak Kantan and freshly grilled seafood. These are complemented by a wide variety of traditional Malay cakes and desserts.
The ‘Selera Kampung’ buffet vouchers are priced at RM138 nett per adult, while Early Bird vouchers purchased before 23rd March are only RM108 nett. Children aged between four and 12 are charged RM78 nett, while those below four eat for free.
