Malaysia's number one professional golfer, Gavin Green, will compete in his third consecutive Olympic Games, set to be held at Le Golf National in August.
The 30-year-old secured his spot by finishing 53rd in the men's Olympic Golf Ranking, which was finalized yesterday. Green's Olympic debut in Rio de Janeiro saw him tied for 47th place, while his second campaign at the Olympic Games in Tokyo ended with him in 57th place.
With only the top 60 men's and women's players in the Olympic Golf Rankings earning the right to compete in Paris, all eyes this weekend are on Ashley Lau, who is currently ranked 49th in the women's rankings as the rankings will be concluded at the end of this week.
