At The Golf Lab, each of our students who signs up for a new program will need to undergo a pre-requisite Baseline Test that includes a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) physical screen.

TPI is the world's leading educational organization dedicated to the study of how the human body functions in relation to the golf swing.

The purpose of the physical screen, which consists of 16 tests, is for coaches to assess the physical limitations of each student.

From there, we will be able to advise them on how to increase their mobility or work around their limitations, and subsequently recommend movements that they can perform without sacrificing efficiency and consistency.
